Shelving

Folks,
I've found with shelving installations that one is often dealing with
three companies. A shelving broker is usually the party selling the
shelving and making the bid. Somewhere there is a company making the
shelving and shipping it off usually to the wrong address at an
unannounced time. Finally there is an independent contractor who comes
in and hires transients to do the installation. We had one such
installer complain to us that it was hard getting our job done because
there were no bums walking the streets nearby for them to hire. Yes,
that's the kind of job we got and they had to come and reinstall
shelving for 40,000 boxes. Ah the glories of American business
practices. Moral: there are at least three places for your order to get
screwed up. Dick King and his opinions only.
