Collecting samples of other agreements is a great idea, BUT be sure that you
involve Navarro's attorney (or some other legal eagle) in the development of
this agreement. If your donor is willing to set up a permanent restrictive
endowment you can bet that he has an attorney looking out for him. Once the
papers are signed you don't want to get into a wrangle over what someone
thought was said. It is better to take your time and develop an agreement
that will serve both sides equitably.
