How to negotiate with potential workplaces' representatives.

negotiate for

B. for continuing assurance that state and local FOI
freedom of information, intellectual freedom,
free speech and open public meetings sunshine
open government principles will be consistently
supported by supervision, management and

Reference Librarian I - Telephone Reference
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree from a recognized college or
university and
a master's degree in library and information
science from an accredited library school.
In exceptional instances, specialized education,
training and/or experience may be substituted for
part or all of the educational requirements.
Reference experience desirable.
Ability to communicate effectively
by telephone essential.
Personable;
tactful;
poised;
curious;
persistent;
ability to assume responsibility,
good judgement;
initiative;
ability to work well with staff and public alike.
Duties:
Under supervision, to participate in reference
service to the public with emphasis on elementary
reference and to
perform a variety of professional work requiring
application of professional knowledge.
Salary Range:
$31,388 - $43,369, depending on qualifications
and experience.
