Re: Topps company apparently selling its archives

Don't laugh, folks, this may be the wave of the future. A new way for
archives to remain solvent, with only a little discreet deaccessioning.
After all, if NASA decides to fund its space program with tourists, maybe
we archivists can pay OUR way by auctioning off dusty old documents that
hardly anybody ever looks at. (I can start the bidding with some Sam
Houston letters and a Texas land grant.)
