Neil, I know what you mean.  I'm always amazed (no matter how many times it
happens to me) when people expect to download my electronically published
novels free, because of the format, although they'd never think of expecting
me to present them with free paperbacks of the same titles...I sometimes
answer, "Go try telling Bill Gates that if it's not in hard copy, no one can
really 'own' it."

(I only say that to people who aren't pleasant, of course.)  Yes, this MUST
be Friday!
