Re: Public Libraries and Use Fees



I meant to respond to this earlier, but I was having email problems.  The Lawrence Public Library charges $25 per photo on top of the actual costs (which may include the cost of making a negative if there isn't one) for groups or individuals that are not non-profit.  We charge $5 per photo for non-profits and nothing for
city agencies.
