Issues of longevity aside, what worries me most
about inkjet printer printouts is the water-solubility of the inks. A firehose
or burst water pipe could inadvertently wash away the information on pages
and labels.
Do others concur with this, or are there inkjet
printer inks that are not water-soluble?
Hope this doesn't divert the topic away from the
longevity question mentioned earlier. It just seems that there may be problems
with inkjet printers besides how long the ink will last if
undisturbed.
