Re: Business name changes and collection titles

I faced a similar problem dealing with the name changes of
pharmaceutical companies in my exhibition and book, A State of
Health: New Jersey's Medical Heritage. The companies preferred that I
use the current name (which meant some name changes in proofs when
Pfizer took over Warner-Lambert). In the book, I made it clear in a
note that I occasionally used the most well-known, possibly older
version as a shorthand (eg. Squibb for Bristol-Myers Squibb) and
indexed everything faithfully. For the sake of researchers like me,
please, list all previous names in your web description of the
collection.
