Re: Another Copyright Situation



In my own genealogy research I've encountered birth records in vital
records in court houses with entries either blacked out or completely
covered, that I was told dealt with illigitimate births.  It appeared
that this was a permanent censoring- not something that would be
revealed after a certain period.  I believe this was in Iowa.
