Re: Paperwork Reduction Act -- GAO report



Of course, the forms required for paperwork reduction will be required at
least in triplicate. And there are us primitives who much prefer a printed
copy for the files instead of an ephemeral electronic document that may be
here today and gone tomorrow, like the technology to read it.
