delayed birth certificates

Thanks, guys.
You came through again. Large collections of delayed birth certificates
dating from the beginning of WWII seem to be widely distributed across the
county. Here appear to be the reasons:
1) Society Security act of 1935 and survivors act of 1939 - proof of age was
required before payments began
2) beginning of state pensions to the "needy aged" - began in 1937 in
Arkansas - must prove they were over 65
3) proof of birth, age, and citizenship required to work in WWII war
industries.

Thanks again.
