Re: Redacting Names From Documents
Thanks to all who responded to my situation. Most replies mentioned
photocopying the letters, blacking out the names, and using these for
access. I should have mentioned that there are several hundred, if not
over a thousand, of these letters! So, looks like I got plenty of
copying to do.....

I am arranging the collection of a Congresswoman and need to redact
names from certain letters and documents (as per her directive).
Several years earlier someone began the process but I notice that the
redactions (by magic marker) have faded a bit and the names are still
visible. Is there a better way to do this, short of cutting out the
names? Thanks.
