Which reminds me of the time some years ago when my phone number
at the university archives differed by only one digit from the university
hospital's morgue.

Stressed and tired hospital workers would occasionally phone us to
come make a pick-up. Such is the overlap in terminology between our two
professions that the conversation could sometimes go for two or three
exchanges before one or the other party began to suspect we weren't quite
communicating.
