Position Available: Specialist II (temporary for 3 years)

               The Research Libraries/Digital Library Program


The  New  York  Public  Library  has  an opportunity for a Specialist II to
research,  catalog  and perform quality reviews of records as it relates to
the collection of the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture.  This
is a temporary position three years.

To   qualify,  you  must  have  a  Master's  Degree  in  a  related  field;
professional  cataloging  experience,  knowledge  of prints and illustrated
books,  the  ability  to interpret images and experience with working on an
on-line system.
