How Does EcoAccess Work?

To ensure that we publish accurate and objective knowledge that helps people make informed decisions that lead to successful outcomes, we follow a rigorous publishing process:

  1. A reader (like you!) asks a question through our web site.
  2. Our software records the question.
  3. If our software cannot find a relevant answer in our databases, the question is added to our research queue.
  4. For each question in our research queue, volunteer researchers collect relevant information from credible sources.
  5. Volunteer authors organize all information collected and answer each question asked.
  6. Volunteer editors verify all information and answers.
  7. Outside reviewers (typically experts in the field) review the questions and answers.
  8. We publish the questions, answers and verified related information on our web site.
  9. All of our publications are subject to continual revision and improvement. Anyone can provide feedback to correct errors or omissions.

The result is a free service that constantly evolves to meet your needs. Our goal is to provide the best answer possible to every question so you will know what you can do to protect the environment effectively.
