Who Is EcoAccess?
EcoAccess is a community of people who believe that sharing
knowledge can make a positive difference for the environment.

Christian Stalberg, President
Christian Stalberg is a long-time environmental advocate.
His interest in tackling environmental problems using information
technologies dates back to the mid-80's when he led the development of
EcoNet, the first international computer network of environmental
organizations. He grew up in California where he took a bachelors
degree in Environmental Studies and Planning from Sonoma State
University.
Dean M. Naujoks, Vice President
Dean Naujoks has been actively involved with conservation
issues since his initial employment with the North Carolina Wildlife
Federation in 1991. He now holds the position of Upper Neuse
RiverKeeper for the Neuse River Foundation. His interests include
canoeing, hiking, traveling, camping, fishing and hunting.
Kathy Naujoks, Treasurer
Kathy Naujoks grew up in the cities of New York and Chicago
and received a bachelor's degree in Community Health/ Business
Administration from Northern Illinois University. She is
currently the Office Manager/Bookkeeper of the Conservation Trust for
North Carolina for the past 2 1/2 years and serves on the Board as
Treasurer for Earth Share NC (formerly the Environmental Federation of
NC). Her true love of the preservation of our natural resources and wildlife
is what drives Kathy in her work.
K. Frederick Wilson Horch, J.D., Secretary
Fred Wilson Horch is the founder and Executive Director of
EcoAccess. He has a background in Internet security, software
development, publishing, and corporate law. His interests include
travel, hiking, soccer, skiing, flying (he and his wife are licensed
private pilots), free software development, tinkering with computers
and reading. He passionately believes that when it comes to
environmental issues, people are the solution, not the problem.
Andrew J. Schwab, Ph.D.
Andy Schwab is a successful entrepreneur who most
recently was responsible for managing all aspects of Space.com's
Internet operations for all of its multimedia assets including,
Space.com, Spacekids.com, SpaceNews.com, Starrynight.com and
Starport.com.
Janine Mealey
Janine Mealey brings experience in the educational and
governmental fields to EcoAccess. She currently maintains the
Information Resources Clearinghouse for the Office of Environmental
Education in North Carolina's Department of Environment and Natural
Resources.
Mary Wible-Brennan
Mary Wible-Brennan is a teacher and resident of Durham, North Carolina,
with a strong interest in organizing around neighborhood concerns. She
has a background in fundraising for environmental organizations.
