[compost_tea] Fungal growth and Molasses

I am very interested in increasing the fungal count as I get going
with my compost teas.

Will Elaine or somebody please clarify the idea of over 3 to 5 per
cent of blackstrap molasses encouraging fungal growth?

I am confused as to 3 to 5 per cent of what -- of total additives,
of total gallons of tea being brewed? That's a **** of a lot of
molasses, isn't it?

If there is an acceptable animal feed source of this kind of
quantity of molasses, I would be interested to learn from the
farmers what it is.
