yellow-throated warblers at feeders!!!

Well, another bizarre day with warblers!
Chris saw the yellow-throated warbler eating suet
yesterday and today there were two chasing each other
and goldfinches at the feeders. Then a female hooded
entered the fracas and a male hooded started chasing
the two yellow-throated warblers all around the yard.
I heard a peewee calling(not a reg. yard bird) and
then two fledgling chipping sparrows(not reg. yard
bird) flew into the grass picking up bugs.
An unusual day for sure. The Parula was also singing
in the woods but did not join the commotion.
The hummers were simultaneously going at it as new
Carolina wrens popped around the flowers and pots.
The Y-T warblers have now been hanging out around our
house for three days.
I have never had such clear long looks at them. One
spent a few minutes gleaning insects from underneath a
park bench in and out of the slats. And then the
hooded zoomed in and attacked. It was over in about 20
minutes.
