Black-and-white in NC

Had a female (imm?) Black-and-white Warbler on my property in east central 
Orange County, NC, this morning (7/7/02).  Will Cook's checklist describes 
this species as rare in the Triangle during July.  I've never seen any 
evidence of this species breeding on my property (though I do see them in 
migration), so this is probably a post-breeding dispersal 
individual.  Quite a surprise.
