Re: Fulvous Ducks& Gray Kingbird

Bob Maxwell did an excellent job helping me add them (the Fulvous WDs) to my birdathon. We saw them between 3:00 and 4:00pm. Actually saw them rise and flap! and continue moving about. My new scope-like binocs helped me esp. with the moving about. Bob spotted them, seemed like a miracle he had found them. He found a bright cinnamon breast among the grasses where we had been scanning and scanning.

Gray Kingbird still at Pawley's Island location this morning at 11:00am.
Fulvous Ducks still across from first platform on freshwater pond as you
enter park, Huntington B St. Park!
Birds are almost impossible to see without scope. Usually deep in reeds.
Birds were there at 12:00 noon.
