Spartanburg NAMC

Review of the terns has concluded that they were Forsters. Not quite as
unusual as Royals, but still rarely reported for the county.

Like most other counts for the Carolinas, we were about a week late for
high numbers of migrants. Swallow and phoebe numbers were not bad,
however.

I have not received further details from the compiler.
