Best of luck on your hummingbird banding project. I'll certainly be 
on the lookout for your "white-headed birds" as they move through in 
migration.

I'm up to 78 new ruby-throats and 34 returns this year at Hilton 
Pond; they all have new green "necklaces." I also banded seven birds 
this weekend at Allison Woods in Statesville (all adults!); they're 
now color-marked with blue on the throat and upper breast.
