Hi All,
I am a little late posting other birds seen Nov. 16-17:
Cedar Island-
Royal Tern at ferry landing 4
Forster Tern 3 " "
Wild Turkey 8 boat landing past NWR Hdqt
Common Egret 3

Mattamuskeet-
Canvasback
Black Swan
Palm Warbler
Yellow-rumped Warbler
White-throated`Sparrow
Swamp Sparrow
Catbird
Mockingbird
Tundra Swans (1000's)
Coots
Cormorants
Northern Pintails
Great Blue Heron
Bald Eagle (4)
Kestrel (many)
RUBYCROWNED Kinglet 2
Golden-crowned Kinglet 6
Belted Kingfisher (many)
Redheaded Duck
Common Merganser
Red-tailed Hawk

I would like to make a suggestion to people going to Huntington Beach
State Park in South Carolina. Go on down the road (south on U.S. 17)
about one mile to south Litchfield. Go out the street closest to the
ocean and park at one of the public beach access areas. Then, walk all
the way to the end (south) of Inlet Point. It is a wonderful place to
observed Skimmers, Golden Plovers, Black-bellied Plovers, Wilson Plover,
Semipalmated Plover, Rudy Turnstone and many more. The best time to go
is at low tide because huge sandbars are exposed and birds are
everywhere.

Cheers and good birding!
