Hi all:
A happy sight to be sure -- April 15th brings our first sighting of an
adult male, AND I also spotted him chasing another hummingbird, as well. As
he is looking rather fat and comfortable in the garden, I'm trying to
determine whether he is a returning favorite. With Goldfinches hanging on
the thistle bag, Bluebird pairs in the trees, Ruby-throats home again, and
White-throated Sparrows singing their amusing song, it truly is a beautiful
springtime here in Charlotte! Happy holidays!
