Went to a couple parks this morning for a few minutes. Best bird of the
morning was a YELLOW-BELLIED FLYCATCHER. It was near Hickory City Park
which is the upper end of the bike way from Gietner Park. Others seen was
Tennessee, Hooded, Redstart, Common Yellow-throat, Yellow, Chestnut-sided,
and Magnolia Warblers, Red-eyed and White-eyed Vireo. This area will be
covered on the Glenn Hilton field trips at the CBC meeting.
