Yes, that's the most important tip for speeders.  I speed a lot too
but have yet to get a ticket (though I came close twice).  I always
make sure I look at my mirror to see if there are any cops.  The good
thing about speeding is that after you pass by a bunch of people, you
only have to worry if there are any cops in front of you, not behind.
Also, there's a difference between speeding, and SPEEDING.  I only
really SPEED when there are almost no cars around.  Even if you are
safe, some people might freak out if they see another car going by way
too fast.
