Hey Robert, keep in mind the 85th percentile. At present 55mph limits,
15% of the population is driving at 65-70mph. If speed limits were
raised to 70mph, we would have 15% driving at 85-90mph. And somewhere
out there is some joker that want's instructions as to how to spin
doughnuts and drive the city streets at 110mph. Dosen't that trouble
you?
