If you allow the microorganisms to grow faster than you are adding oxygen
through aeration, you may think something is aerobic, when in fact it is not.
That's why you have to test.

Kelp gives similar benefits as yeast, with respect to minerals, and with less
likelihood of anaerobic problems developing. Worm compost gives the enzymes
and hormones, in fact, a better range of enzymes and hormones.

Use worm compost, as a better choice.
