Would use of the vinegar - peroxide treatment, with compost tea, work?

If you do the vinegar treatments, could you run a pre-vinegar leaf assessment of organisms, followed by post-vinegar assessment of the leaf organisms? Then we would know what happens with the vinegar, and how much of the scab inoculum is taken out.

Then, apply the compost tea, and see how much of the leaf surface can be re-occupied, but not with scab. Can the vinegar be used as a food resource by the compsot tea organisms?
