But BILL Aeration CAN fix or prevent a lot of otherwise problems in both compost and ACTea. Compost may be marginal, nutrients added may be marginal, water quality may be marginal but if aeration is good the results will not be hazarous. If aeration is fails to keep O2 levels above the critical 6 mg/ml the dominant microbiology goes from aerobic to anarobic. Therein lies the hazard. If the ACT will be ingested ( as foliar residue) a health hazard.
If the ACT is applied to plants a garden productivity hazard. If the ACT will be applied to a few thousand acres of a farmers crops there is an econmic hazard.

In recent "advice" some writer suggested that a shovel of compost in a bucket for a day or so was a way to make ACTea. ACTea is easy and simple to make but there are some things that must be handled with knowledge and care. AIR is one of the most critical - ENOUGH air well applied to be effective and to get circulation.

Another advantage of the right AIR is that the Compost and ACTea if other stuff is about right, the products may have excitinghly great effects on your garden, field, health!

Is this horse ready to bury yet? Bob . .

This is perfect Robert. You make my case against zealots perfectly. I
can't thank you more.

Dr. E - You have no control over how people use the information they gain
from you. But you need to see your work is being adulterated by others in
ways no amount of aeration can fix.
