In the Texas Tea-Off, the machine with the biggest bubble sizes had the
largest fungal diameters (some up to 5 micrometers in diameter).

The brewers with smaller bubble sizes and incomplete mixing didn't get the
extraction.

Brewers with really wild bubbling (lost most of the brew over the edge of the
machine) didn't extract the big fungi either. Or maybe they were extracted,
but they went over the edge.

Brewers that developed sludge layers on the bottom of the tank did not do as
well either.

Also remember, the temperatures were HOT through the whole brew process.

Still, all the brewers achieved decent results, as far as biology goes. Take
a look at Steve Bridges report to find out which brewers were included in the
Tea-Off.
