What you might be creating is some kind of mineral mix. I don't know the p=
roperties of these but know something about phosphate. It makes great expl=
osions. I've had phosphate grenade fragments burn a goodly part of my fore=
arm skin away. It's very unpleasant and it keeps burning after it hits you=
r skin. I'll look up the qualities.

What do you mean by so effective?

High silicate? I have to admit that this is new to me so I need to do some =
research. Right now I'm behind on some stuff I promised so the research wi=
ll have to wait.

They are pyrophyllite, bentonite (azomite), soft rock phosphate. I
believe they are so effective because of the high silicate content.
I've said this too many times now so I'll shut up.

If Steve D. feels up to it he may contribute more knowledge
  concerning this than I can.
