Folks,
The Sandhill Cranes are still being seen at The French Broad River
Baptist Church in Hendersonville, Henderson County. The 4 birds were
present as of 1:00 PM and were still there as of 2:15 PM this date.
On Lake Julian in Buncombe County, there is a raft of 19 Redheads
and 1 Common Loon. Overall, all the ponds and lakes I checked in Henderson,
Transylvania, and Buncombe County today were very quiet, with very few
waterfowl being seen.
