Re: archives budget



Once you have decided what archival supplies you need, check catalogs to see which one has these available for the cheapest price. Having idenfitied the vendor, contact their customer service department and tell them you will be making an order for a large amount of money--$400 - $500-- and ask if they can give you a discount for that size of order. If they will, this can stretch your money. I'm in the process of putting together a supply order for a somewhat larger amount, and the vendor is giving us a nice discount.
