We sometimes get the opposite reaction.  Since we're not actually an
archives but rather a working clipping collection, created by a studio
specifically for this purpose and organized to reflect the way set designers
normally ask for images, it's generally quick and routine for us to come up
with the pictures they want.  We've had people ask us for a rush and then
say they want it tomorrow, when for us "rush" means right away rather than a
couple of hours from now.

(Of course, that's assuming the picture they want is reflected in the filing
system... When the Simpsons graphic artists wanted a picture of a nose-hair
clipper, I finally found it not in the files but in a catalog of medical
equipment for the aging.)
