standards of resolution
Hi everyone,
A non-archival friend has a job working for a historical society, scanning and digitizing
photographs. Nobody at her workplace knows anything about standards for this kind of thing, and
she has asked me for help. She has been doing a little research and has been told both 400 dpi and
1200 dpi (for the tif file). Can anyone come up with something definitive?
Please reply to me personally: atieger@yahoo.com. And let me know where your info originates.
Thanks ever so much.
Aaron
