Copier for Archives

---
Good Day:

I am in the process of researching/selecting a copier for my institution's Archives. I was wondering if there were any particular features I should be looking for in this particular piece of office equipment when it comes to copying fragile documents and materials. The copiers in our libraries are "book friendly" when it comes to protecting book spines but what about fragile materials?? Any tips, suggestions, ideas, vendor info, etc. would be helpful.

Thank you for your time in sharing your experience and information with me. If you would like, you may e-mail me off the list at ssummers@mc.cc.md.us.
