Re: scanning fees
Hi again All,
Lynn makes a good point. To be able to offer a truly satisfactory
digitization service, you have to have some very good equipment, not
entry-level scanners. We have been able to satisfy customers very well with
out photo digitization services, avoiding some of the problems Lynn
mentioned, but I attribute it to the equipment. Most photoreproduction,
whether for commercial or non-commercial uses, is now done digitally within
the University of Minnesota Libraries.
