possible Cave Swallow at Orangeburg sod farms

Hi C-Birders,

I just got a telephone message from Kathleen O'Grady, sayin that yesterday
they had a Cave Swallow, as well as Cliff, Barn and Northern Rough-winged
Swallows, at the Orangeburg sod farms. Kathleen and Andrea Ceselski had the
swallows along Bethel Forest Road, but of course swallows could be just
about anywhere on the sod farm or on the adjacent industrial park.

This is the first report of Cave Swallow from the sod farms, but it seems
quite reasonable. This species is increasing in eastern North America.
Kathleen and Andrea are careful observers, and in fact found the Cave
Swallow at Savannah NWR last winter. Any Cliff Swallow deserves a second
look, I guess.
