Tom,
We had 23 Osprey migrants at the Caesar's Head Hawk Watch site in September last
year.
"ZERO" anything so far this season.

I saw an Osprey aloft near two Black Vultures early this afternoon while
hiking the Bluff Ridge Trail, alt. ~4000 ft. I thought this rather unusual.
Do Ospreys frequent the NC Mountains?
Two crows were also harassing a Red-tailed Hawk with anomalous bilaterally
symmetrical white marks atop the wings 20% in from the tips. The bird (R-t
Hawk) was also in molt as the tail was sketchy.
