Today (20 October 2003) we banded a first-year male Rufous
Hummingbird at Columbus (Polk County), North Carolina. Curiously, it
was at the new home of Buren and Luanne Blankenship, who hosted a
Rufous we banded when they lived in Pendleton SC back in November
2000.
