Yes Chris, it is soil dependent (and crop dependent). The pioneering Dr.
William Albrecht found that at the colloidal level (CEC), Ca and Mg should
total 80%. Generally, 60-20 for sandy soils and 70-10 for clay soils.
Make sure the lab is running an (Albrecht style) CEC. Interestingly enough,
for the human body to perform, function, and remain healthy the same ratios
are desired.
