What do you do now if someone's pet or child runs out in front of
you at 55-65 mph now?  Children and pets shouldn't be wandering around
on freeways anyway; it's extremely dangerous even with our current
low speed limits.  Remember, nobody is advocating 100 mph speeds on
city streets -- we're talking about superhighways.
