I think that's accurate.  For the last few years, I have been trying very hard 
to get a speeding ticket.  But I just can't seem to do it.  I routinely exceed 
posted speed limits on highways (and *not* on residential streets), but I 
don't do the other things you mentioned.  So far, no tickets.
